What hours can I actually reach you?
Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. We are closed Sunday. Those are real hours with a real person on the phone, which is worth asking any locksmith directly: plenty of listings advertise 24/7 and the overnight number goes to voicemail or to a subcontractor you have never heard of.
What do I do if I am locked out after you close?
Call or text anyway and leave the details. Messages left overnight are picked up first thing and you go to the front of the queue at 8 a.m. If you cannot wait, your roadside assistance or insurance provider can usually dispatch overnight, and for anything involving a person or a pet shut inside, call 911 rather than waiting on any locksmith.
Will I know what it costs before you come out?
Yes, whenever the details allow. Tell us the vehicle or the door and we work out the number on the phone, before a van is dispatched. The price at the curb is the price you agreed to.
My child or pet is locked in the car. What do I do?
Call 911 first. Always. Fire and police carry entry tools, are usually closer than any locksmith, and a hot car becomes dangerous in minutes. Call us second, but do not wait on us.
Does an emergency call cost more?
An after-close or holiday call can carry a higher rate, and we tell you the number before we dispatch. What we will not do is quote you a low price on the phone and then rewrite the bill at your car door. That practice is the reason locksmiths have a reputation problem, and it is the practice this business was built to avoid.
